Eliassen Group is seeking an Application Automation Analyst based in Charlotte, NC, hybrid role with virtual work options. You will support Tungsten Automation (Kofax RPA) users, troubleshoot issues, and assist engineers in problem resolution while engaging with business users and maintaining documentation.

The role requires two years of development experience, SQL or scripting knowledge, and experience with automation platforms. On-call rotation and a fast-paced agile environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and solving complex automation problems.
• Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with SQL or scripting (Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell).
• RPA platform experience, particularly Tungsten Automation (Kofax) or alternatives.
• At least 2 years in application development; Windows server experience preferred.
• Familiarity with automation software and processes; able to work in agile teams.
• Ability to handle stress, demonstrate maturity and assertiveness, and use Human Performance tools during testing.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop efficient automation processes with maintainable code.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting to remove roadblocks in automation development.
• Communicate with business users and create technical documentation.
• Serve as support contact for RPA software and resolve issues.
• Maintain services, monitor health, and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with team members, product owners, and developers.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
