First Commerce Credit Union in Florida seeks an RPA Analyst I to help automate complex processes, deliver ROI, and support cross‑functional teams. You’ll gather requirements, document end‑to‑end workflows, plan RPA initiatives, and facilitate implementation while aligning with our mission to empower generations and transform communities.

Strong communication, data analysis skills, and experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath are essential, along with MS Office and Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in financial services or data processing programming.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath.
• Strong data analysis to derive business insights.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end understanding of processes for automation and outline requirements.
• Create business requirements documentation for automated processes.
• Lead planning and execution of RPA and other automation projects.
• Perform ROI analysis for the processes.
• Collaborate on solution designs for production issues and enhancements.
• Document current state processes and data flows.
• Gather non-functional requirements such as security and availability.
