Job summary

Tower Federal Credit Union in Laurel, MD seeks a Business Automation Analyst to design and manage automation across Finance systems, including UiPath, Frontier, and SQL-driven workflows. You will support ongoing financial reporting, data integrity, and governance while reducing manual effort.

The role involves collaborating with Finance leadership, delivering scalable automation solutions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• Six to eight years of progressive experience in accounting/finance/automation or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of UiPath, Frontier, SQL, and advanced Excel; Fiserv R&P experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements scalable automation solutions using UiPath (RPA) and Frontier.
• Partners with Finance leadership to identify and prioritize automated opportunities across Finance systems.
• Evaluates processes and recommends automation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Monitors, tests, and optimizes automation performance; troubleshoots issues.
• Provides SME guidance on automation technologies and supports governance and audit requirements.
