Fortune 200 company in Miami, FL seeks a motivated Business Analyst I to translate business needs into technical requirements. You will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities include creating BRDs/FRDs, use cases, and user stories; developing flow diagrams and mockups; and supporting testing and UAT in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with formal documentation.
• 1–2 years of UiPath experience and exposure to automation workflows.
• Proficiency in writing functional specs, user stories, and system docs.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing, including manual testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather business needs through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and visuals for requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout projects.
• Support testing and UAT with clear defect tracking and resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure correct implementation.
