New York University is seeking a Royalty and Accounting Administrator to oversee royalty and accounts payable for NYU Press. The role manages financial settlements with reviewers, authors and suppliers, and handles end-to-end royalty accounting and reporting.

The position also supports budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc financial reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field and 3+ years in accounts payable or finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years Accounts Payable or Finance experience.
• Experience in royalty accounting or data analysis is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee royalty and accounts payable operations for the Press and manage financial settlements with reviewers, authors and suppliers.
• Administer end-to-end royalty accounting and reporting process and maintain moderately complex financial spreadsheets.
• Prepare payment documentation and ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis and other ad hoc financial reporting requests.
