Kobalt Music Publishing, based in Nashville, is seeking an Assistant for the Contract Administration team. You will interpret and onboard key long-form contract terms into our bespoke system, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and onboard key agreement terms from new long-form contracts into Kobalt's publishing system.
• Track and manage conditional amendments to ongoing publishing agreements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for copyright queries regarding contract terms and conditions and update the system accordingly.
• Support strategic initiatives to streamline and catalog processes for administration of client agreements.
