Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach seeks a Royal Service & Reservation Agent (On-Call) to provide friendly, professional service and to manage guest requests with empathy. You will handle reservations, upsell facilities, and ensure flawless check-in/out using Opera Cloud.

The role requires strong guest relations and communication skills, with flexibility to work part-time casual shifts and support the Royal Service team in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Strong guest relations and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced hotel environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service across channels.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and upsell hotel facilities.
• Use Opera Cloud to enter and update bookings and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering for guest needs.
• Respond to calls, emails, and texts promptly with accurate information.
• Maintain department standards and contribute to guest satisfaction.
