Job summary

Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park is seeking a part-time Resort Royal Service Agent to provide professional guest service and responsive communications. The role reports to the Director of Guest Experiences and involves handling calls, responding to inquiries, and promoting hotel facilities to enhance each guest's stay.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering, maintain accurate call records, and focus on delivering a polished, guest-centric experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• English proficiency (verbal & written)
• Experience in guest service is an asset
• Outstanding guest services skills and communication
• Computer literacy in Windows applications
• Prior Opera or related system experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with flexibility for weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service to guests
• Promote hotel facilities and enhance guest experience
• Handle external and internal calls by redirecting or assisting callers
• Respond to emails and guest inquiries promptly
• Maintain knowledge of all departments, especially Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering
• Maintain accurate records of guest calls for data integrity
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
