Job summary

Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park is seeking a Resort Royal Service Agent to provide engaging guest service via phone, email, and in person. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering to create personalized experiences and ensure data accuracy in guest communications.

We value excellent English communication, professional presentation, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
• Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
• Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Promote hotel facilities and personalize guest experiences.
• Handle external and internal calls by redirecting or assisting callers.
• Answer emails and guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering).
• Keep accurate records of guest calls for data integrity.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in a helpful way.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
