Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician I in Irvine, CA to support right-of-way projects with administrative duties, property research, and document preparation.

You will input data, track spreadsheets, and prepare client reports while demonstrating attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include GIS and database familiarity, and a background in title, paralegal, real estate, or mortgage lending.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience.
• MS Office Suite experience required.
• General background-related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed.
• Provide technical services including and not limited to administrative duties, property research, and ordering title.
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed.
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills.
