Job summary

HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician I in Irvine, CA. You will support right-of-way projects with administrative tasks, property research, data input, and client reporting, under the RES team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (some college preferred), MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with GIS/databases. This full-time role offers employee ownership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite experience required.
• Background in title, paralegal, real estate, or mortgage lending beneficial.
• High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience.
• GIS and database familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed.
• Provide technical services including administrative duties, property research, and ordering title.
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed.
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills.
• Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry.
• Perform other duties as needed.
