Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a ROW Project Manager III in the sPMO section to lead a portfolio of right of way projects, oversee initiation through completion, coordinate with landowners, relocate displacees, review appraisals, and coordinate eminent domain processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication with management, agencies, and private partners.

Qualificações

• 5 years of right of way or related experience, to include 1 year project management or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
• PMP (Project Management) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees moderate to complex projects for progress and planning purposes.
• Communicates project methodology to interested groups and team members.
• Prepares and distributes portfolio information such as project status reports and budget expenditures.
