Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Coordinator to support the ROW Program Manager and ROW Supervisors on electric transmission and substation projects. You will help develop schedules, budgets, and reports while ensuring quality control and compliance across multiple locations.

Candidates can sit in any of our offices; Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana are prime locations. Strong coordination, budgeting, and earned value reporting skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics understanding (earned value).
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support ROW Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Track and report on project milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related activities.
• Prepare earned value reports to measure schedule and cost performance.
