Vantage Point Solutions is seeking a ROW (Right-of-Way) Specialist to secure and manage permits for telecommunications projects in Mitchell, SD or Sioux Falls. You will research jurisdictions, prepare and obtain permits, and liaise between internal teams and permitting agencies to keep projects compliant and on schedule.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized under deadlines, and can learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify public jurisdictions for permitting.
• Prepare, submit, and secure ROW permits from various entities.
• Serve as liaison between internal departments, clients and agencies.
• Track progress of deliverables required for permit applications.
• Identify and elevate permitting delays impacting timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation related to permitting.
• Submit weekly progress reports and timecards.
