Job summary

Vantage Point Solutions is seeking a ROW (Right-of-Way) Specialist in Mitchell, SD or Sioux Falls to secure and manage telecommunications permitting processes. You will research jurisdictions, prepare and submit permits, and coordinate with railroads, DOT and local authorities to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to deadlines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify permitting jurisdictions for telecommunications projects.
• Prepare, submit and secure ROW permits from railroads, DOT, city, county and township entities.
• Liaise between internal teams, clients and permitting agencies to facilitate processes.
• Track progress of internal deliverables and permit applications.
• Identify and escalate permitting delays impacting timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation related to permitting activities.
• Submit weekly progress reports and timecards.
