Vantage Point Solutions is seeking a ROW Specialist to secure and manage right-of-way permits for telecommunications projects in Mitchell, SD or Sioux Falls. You will coordinate with railroad, DOT, city, county, and township agencies, while liaising with internal teams to keep projects compliant and on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify appropriate public jurisdictions for permitting using records.
• Prepare, submit, and secure required ROW permits from railroad, DOT, city, county, and township entities.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, clients, and permitting agencies.
• Track progress of internal deliverables for permit applications.
• Identify and elevate permitting delays impacting project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation related to permitting.
• Submit weekly progress reports and timecards accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
