Competenze

• 3 to 6 years of ROW experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledgeable in ArcGIS, Google Earth, Office, and data management software.
• Ability to work in remote locations for long periods.

Mansioni

• Provide land acquisition services throughout the ROW lifecycle in compliance with project guidelines and regulations.
• Review and correct title takeoffs, construction plans, and ROW documents.
• Deliver property rights documents to owners; negotiate and secure parcels through counteroffers.
