Job summary

Kiewit Power Delivery is seeking a Mid Level Right of Way Land Agent based in Medford, OR. You will support land acquisition activities, coordinate with landowners, and ensure compliance with project guidelines for existing and new rights.

A strong background in ArcGIS and Field Maps for spatial data interpretation is required. The role emphasizes accurate document handling, title checks, and timely communication with stakeholders across our North America projects.

Qualifications

• Diverse and complex negotiations with land owners (or designees).
• 3–6 years of ROW experience.
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS, Google Earth and data-management software; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide land acquisition services throughout the ROW lifecycle.
• Review and correct title takeoffs, plans, and ROW documents.
• Deliver property rights documents to owners and negotiate/secure parcels.
