Job summary

LandSolutions Inc. is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent in Phoenix, AZ to lead land access for utility, renewable energy, and transmission projects. You will negotiate easements, licenses, and permits, while coordinating with landowners, regulators, and project teams to ensure compliant acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in land administration, real estate, planning, or related field.
• 3+ years of ROW, land agent, surface land, or land acquisition experience.
• Experience negotiating easements, rights-of-way, licenses, and related agreements.
• Knowledge of land title systems, surveys, and property research.
• Experience with utility, transmission, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and secure land rights, easements, licenses, and permits for projects.
• Conduct landowner outreach, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Review land titles, ownership records, surveys, and legal descriptions.
• Negotiate compensation and access agreements with landowners.
• Coordinate with project teams to support execution.
• Maintain accurate records of agreements and communications.
• Support route selection through property research and impact assessments.
• Attend landowner meetings and public consultations.
• Identify land-related risks and propose solutions.
• Monitor schedules to align land acquisition with timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Build relationships with landowners, Indigenous communities, and agencies.
