Responsibilities

• Landowner engagement as the primary contact throughout the acquisition process, communicating project details professionally.
• Assist in negotiation and acquisition of easement agreements across properties.
• Document and report all communications and milestones with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, survey crews, and contractors to align timelines.
• Explain legal terms and documentation requirements, ensuring client standards compliance.
