Job summary

ERM is hiring Right of Way (ROW) Agents in Atlanta, Georgia to support natural gas transmission project efforts. ROW Agents will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of facilities.

This is a full-time, limited-term position with a duration of 12 months, extendable. The role requires at least 3 years of ROW experience, a Georgia Real Estate license and Notary, plus strong

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required is acceptable.
• Active Georgia Real Estate Salesperson/Broker license and Notary license are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and negotiate with landowners to secure easements and licenses.
• Document landowner interactions and maintain acquisition records.
• Search records to verify property ownership and interests.
• Assist in establishing fair market values for land acquisitions.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
