Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff across one or more client posts.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepare and file reports; liaise with client.
• Interview, orient and train employees; assign work; evaluate performance.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
