Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• In-house training or curriculum related to banking/finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of bank operations, products, services, and related laws and policies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with computer terminals, mainframe systems, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accept deposits and issue receipts with proper documentation.
• Cash checks and withdrawals; ensure documents are properly authorized.
• Assist with night depository duties and vault balancing.
• Drive to multiple branches within a region; maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to appropriate staff.
• Answer phones and route calls; support imaging research.
