Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking motivated individuals with concierge and telemarketing experience to join our award-winning sales and marketing team in Escondido, CA. You will reach guests with telemarketing calls, schedule presentations, and provide elevated concierge services to Hyatt Owners and guests.

The role offers pay at $16/hour plus commission/bonuses, with hotel discounts, 401(k) company match up to 6%, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities for growth in a positive work

Qualifications

• Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with guests.
• Bold persuasion skills and confidence in communication.
• Computer skills sufficient to manage scheduling and outreach.
• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls and offer concierge services.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Deliver high-quality service to exceed sales goals and volume targets.
• Ensure attendees meet eligibility and are open to Hyatt Vacation Ownership products.

Hyatt Vacation Ownership, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals with concierge and telemarketing experience to join our award-wining sales and marketing team. We are currently looking for driven individuals with outgoing personalities who are financially motivated to work with guests in Hyatt Vacation Ownership properties to promote the Hyatt Vacation Ownership Program.

Pay: $16/hour plus commission/bonuses

What will you do?

• Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls while offering in-person elevated concierge services to all arriving Owners and guests.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Hyatt Vacation Ownership products and services.
