Job summary

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, ensuring property appearance, and participating in training programs. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers.
• Perform timely responses to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service on a rotating basis.
