Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance across multiple HOA properties in the Los Angeles region. You will respond to work orders, perform general repairs, and proactively maintain facilities with your own vehicle and tools.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience and hands-on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall skills.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Hands-on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Drywall coursework is highly desired.
• High Rise Property Management or Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, appliances) across multiple HOA properties in the Los Angeles region.
• Respond to service requests and work orders promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety) and report needs.
• Coordinate with property management to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes.
