Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our roving team in Los Angeles. You will maintain and repair common areas of the HOA communities under the guidance of the Chief Building Engineer.

The role requires at least 1 year in maintenance, plus hands-on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or drywall coursework. A California driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.
• Valid California Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair common areas within the Association under the Chief Building Engineer.
• Patch and paint, wallpaper repair, and cleaning of engineering spaces.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and response for floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes.
• Opportunity for advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.
