Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to cover assignments in Atlanta, GA. The role requires a minimum of two years in apartment maintenance with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience, EPA certification, and own tools.

Travel and overnight stays may be needed as part of this full-time position. The compensation ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, with potential commissions over $2K per year.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment maintenance or facilities experience.
• Experience in multifamily residential property management.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of the building and grounds during assignment period.
• Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
• Repair electrical, plumbing and other systems in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
• Inspect property, including move-ins and housekeeping, to ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist with Capex projects.
• Be available for emergency calls and respond after-hours per policy.
