Job summary

Peterson Properties, Inc. is seeking a mechanically skilled crew member to service HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs across apartment communities in the Kansas City metro area.

You will participate in routine maintenance and ongoing renovations to upgrade HVAC equipment, with a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong multi-tasking, time management, and reliability, plus own tools and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of verifiable experience in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing.
• HVAC/EPA Certification is required.
• Must have your own basic tools including a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing service needs at apartment communities in the metro KC area.
• Assist with routine maintenance and renovations to upgrade HVAC equipment.
• Share in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies in the metro KC area.
