Job summary

Venterra is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support regional communities in the Jacksonville area. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues across multiple properties, ensuring timely service and a 48-hour response standard.

Ideal candidates hold EPA Universal or Type I/II HVAC certification, have reliable transportation, and can report on short notice.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field.
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays; Required as needed.
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner.
