Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician in Orlando, FL to support daily maintenance operations across our apartment communities. You will lead maintenance activities, oversee vendor work, perform repairs, and help ensure move-in readiness with attention to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have multifamily maintenance experience and HVAC certification; CPO is preferred. This role offers on-call rotation, competitive salary, and a strong benefits package supporting

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required for this role.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly, ensuring quality service and adherence to the 24- and 48-hour guarantees where applicable.
• Perform maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment and common areas in top condition.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents per the Total Quality Make Ready program as needed.
• Work independently while following company standards and maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
