Sentinel Management Company, LLC in Minneapolis–St. Paul area is hiring a Leasing (Roving) professional to manage leasing activities across multiple properties.

The role requires frequent travel to conduct tours, process applications, and maintain strong tenant relationships to maximize occupancy and revenue. You will collaborate with property management teams to ensure leasing standards and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations applicable in the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants at various locations.
• Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with current tenants to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote lease renewals.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy and address any tenant concerns promptly.
• Travel between assigned properties to provide consistent leasing support and ensure adherence to leasing procedures and standards.
