The candidate will help lead tours, respond to inquiries, and assist in budget management to maximize net operating income while maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing or as Assistant Property Manager.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Respond to inquiries and market the property via leads and tours.
• Lead property tours highlighting amenities.
• Train staff and model effective sales techniques.
• Lead rent collection and address delinquent accounts.
• Assist in managing the property's budget to improve NOI.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and files.
• Inspect units during move-in/move-out and the community.
• Fill in as acting Property Manager when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
