Job summary

Rose Valley Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to guide prospective residents through the move-in process, conduct property tours, and coordinate applications with a focus on customer service and results.

The role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to meet leasing targets while maintaining property appearance and compliance with policies. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active leasing experience in multi-family property preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet targets with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with prospects, residents, vendors via email and phone.
• Conducts tours of the community and models.
• Ensures apartments are ready and the area is clean.
• Markets and leases apartments to prospects.
• Documents prospect activity per Fair Housing Laws.
• Meets monthly leasing goals.
• Accepts and verifies rental applications; submits for approval.
• Prepares move-in packets for new residents.
• Maintains up-to-date market knowledge and competitive properties.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents.
• Follows up on renewals and delinquency.
• Adheres to all leasing policies and procedures.
