Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Emblem at Tower, a 324-unit property in Manor, TX. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure occupancy and service quality, and act as a liaison between on-site staff and corporate.

Until the property is operational, you will rove to support other communities in the greater Austin area; this role requires strong leadership, tenant relations, budgeting, and compliance with housing programs.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Files/records management and staff training experience are required.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and support roving assignments.
• supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with HR.
• Maintain occupancy, collections, and property appearance while staying within budget.
• Resolve resident issues and maintain positive community relations.
