Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• Engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to prospective residents.
• Ensure model apartments are presentable for showing.
• Support daily marketing through outreach channels (Craigslist, etc.).
• Assist Property Manager in resident relations program.
