Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Emblem at Tower in Manor, TX. You will rove to support nearby communities until this property is operational, overseeing occupancy, rent collections and resident relations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining budgets, managing procedures, and ensuring compliance across the site while coordinating with corporate staff and human resources.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance where applicable.
• Maintain visibility, professionalism and rapport with residents.
• Overssee day-to-day operations and supervise site staff and contractors.
