Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Westchester Commons, a 93-unit apartment community in Grand Prairie, TX. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy, and lead on-site staff to deliver quality housing and resident services.

The role emphasizes budget adherence, lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and compliance with housing programs, while maintaining transparent communication with residents and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and supervise staff.
• Manage occupancy goals, renewals, and financial projections.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, budgeting, and vendor supervision.
• Prepare performance reviews and manage hiring/termination processes.
