Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager to support the Emblem at Tower in Manor, TX, roving across area properties until operations stabilize. You will oversee daily property operations, optimize occupancy, supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR to hire and train personnel.

The role emphasizes resident relations and compliance within a supportive governance framework. The position requires a 2-year degree (4-year preferred), multifamily management experience, and strong

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• ARM/COS/RAM or similar designation preferred.
• 3 years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English); second language is a plus.
• Reliability, time management and organizational skills; ability to coach and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Hires, trains, reviews performance and coordinates with HR on staffing.
• Enforce policies, budgets, and vendor management; oversee maintenance and curb appeal.
• Respond to resident needs, maintain communication, and support resident retention programs.
• Review leases, renewals, and occupancy projections; supervise contractors and on-site staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping within property management systems.
