• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
• Manage leasing processes: marketing, tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Ensure financial performance through budgets, monthly reports, and expense monitoring.
• Conduct regular interior/exterior inspections for compliance and upkeep.
• Administer resident programs and services to build a strong community.
• Oversee renovations and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
