Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Avery Landing, a 153-unit apartment community in Greenville, SC. During the ramp-up, you will rove to support other properties in the Greenville area.

Responsibilities include maximizing occupancy, collections, resident relations, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree; four-year degree preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; second language a plus.
• Reliable with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coach/mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, retention, and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and budget adherence.
• Hire, train, evaluate staff; manage performance and payroll processes.
• Address resident concerns and foster positive community relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
