The role involves supervising maintenance staff, handling work orders, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety on site. On-call duties may apply with a trip stipend when called back after hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
