Dominium Management Services seeks a Community Manager to join the Avery Landing team in Greenville, SC, initially roving to support nearby properties. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy goals, and resident relations across communities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews and manage payroll and training.
• Coordinate with HR, hire/terminate staff per policy and manage budgets and purchasing.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to housing programs and regulatory requirements.
