Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Avery Landing in Greenville, SC. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maximize occupancy, manage staff, and ensure resident satisfaction across a 153-unit community, with roving duties supporting other properties in the Greenville area.

This role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, adherence to housing programs, and excellent communication; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to coach and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and maximize occupancy, collections, and resident retention.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, performance reviews, and HR coordination.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve issues in a timely, fair manner.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to company policies and housing programs.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, lease signings, and maintenance follow-ups.
• Ensure property is well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
