Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Avery Landing in Greenville, SC, to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, well-maintained community. You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate with corporate, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

In this roving role, you will support multiple properties in the Greenville area and uphold Dominium’s standards and policies while fostering strong resident relations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages property (or properties) for stakeholders by performing duties personally or through direct reports.
• Maximize occupancy/collections/physical appearance/resident retention/compliance.
• Maintain visibility, professionalism, and rapport with residents.
