Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group in Waite Park/St. Cloud area is seeking an experienced Roving Painter to support six apartment communities. You will rotate between properties, performing painting, surface prep, drywall repair and light carpentry to prep units for make-ready.

The role offers $19–$21 per hour DOE plus quarterly bonuses, on-call bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, training, PTO, holidays and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of painting experience.
• Experience with drywall repair, painting and/or light carpentry.
• Basic knowledge of outlets, switches and light fixtures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Paint and stain interior and exterior areas.
• Prepare surfaces, including drywall repair, texture work and light carpentry.
• Complete caulking, trim work and finishing details.
• Assist with apartment make-ready and unit turns.
• Remove/reinstall outlet covers, fixtures and other items as needed.
• Maintain paint, tools and supplies.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Travel between assigned properties throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area.

Full Time : Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM

You'll rotate between the following properties, handling painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, light carpentry and apartment make-ready work :

What You'll Get:

• $ 19 .00-$21 .00 Per Hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between properties
