Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Rover Laborer in Colorado to support production operations using tools and equipment like shovels, bobcats, and skid steers. You will assist with loading materials, basic maintenance, and ensuring workplace safety on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a construction/mining/manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on following safety protocols and PPE usage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Uses a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, Skid Steer, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant
• Loads and delivers materials.
• Performs light maintenance
• Ensures compliance to all health and safety, environmental, compliance and human resources policies and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Required Education: High School diploma/GED
• Required Work Experience:Minimum of One year of experience performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
