Job summary

JP McHale Pest Management LLC is seeking a Router in Buchanan, NY to efficiently route Pest Technicians' daily schedules and serve as the routing expert for PestPac. You will coordinate between customers, technicians, and departments to improve daily communications and routing effectiveness.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced service environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem solving and solution identification.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments and employees within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by organizing routes efficiently based on technician locations.
• Make a large volume of calls to internal and external customers.
• Confirm appointments for same-day and next-day pest services.
• Efficiently routing jobs by knowledge of geographic areas and company systems.
• Input emergency and prescheduled jobs in real time.
• Support customer experience improvements across teams.
• Communicate with branch managers and supervisors to maximize efficiencies.
• Complete work order summaries and maintain records.
