Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher and Planner to optimize territory plans and develop efficient daily/weekly routes for assigned branches. You will analyze data on plans, resources, and territory to improve operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in dispatch or customer service, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with routing software and MS Office. On-site position with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED
• Experience with routing/scheduling software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software
• Communicate routes within territory to service personnel
• Summarize daily plans with the Service Planning Supervisor
• Generate daily reports and share with supervisors/technicians
• Perform additional duties as assigned
