• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Develop shipping plans to maximize equipment utilization and routing efficiency; analyze routing constraints.
• Quality & Inventory Management: Review orders for accuracy and correct shipping methods; monitor adherence to loads and routes.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with load planning teams and external carriers to secure capacity and align schedules.
